3 SIGNAL FREQUENCY

The portable fiber identifier can detect signal frequencies of 270Hz, 1kHz, and 2kHz. It also identifies beep tones and automatically shuts off after ten minutes of inactivity, ensuring energy efficiency.

APPLICATIONS

This fiber identifier is ideal for non-destructive fiber identification work. It also includes a red light source for testing fiber optic lines, allowing detection of single-mode and multi-mode fibers at any position. The device can trigger a signal of 1310nm or 1550nm with a modulation tone (270Hz, 1kHz, 2kHz) at one end of the fiber.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL FEATURES

The fiber identifier supports a 10mw red light source, VFL function, direction indication, and power display. It also features auto-shutdown, 270Hz/1kHz/2kHz signal frequency identification, and LED light. The identification wavelength range is from 800 to 1700nm.

APPLICATION SCOPE

This fiber identifier includes a visual fault locating module with fault locating and power meter functions for 3.0/2.0/0.9/0.25mm fiber optic lines.

MICROFLEX TEST TECHNOLOGY

The LED fiber identifier uses microflex test technology for non-destructive testing. This technology measures the direction and power of the signal, preventing line interruptions due to malfunction. It performs these measurements without interrupting the light source during online testing.
